Barclay Intercontinental New York, it’s a swanky hotel. I stayed there my first time in NYC.

JP: I used to work in hotels and I’ve had many dalliances with guests. Sometimes two at a time!

JP: San Francisco

JP: Full English and whatever else follows…

JP: Tom Hardy or Jason Statham or both

JP: Water
BH: What do you love most about staying in hotels?
JP: You don’t have to make the bed and wash the sheets

JP: T-bone steak cooked medium rare, delivered by a chunky waiter in a tiny apron
